Wavelength is a network that provides a community for kids and teens with epilepsy to connect with one another. The network will create the following opportunities for connection and education:

Support Groups: There will be support group meetings through Zoom comprised of kids nationwide, to discuss topics and feelings about their epilepsy experiences.

Education: Kids and teens will learn from experts how to recognize the signs of a seizure as well as what to do during and after a seizure.

Forum: During an annual meeting, a panel of experts and teens will talk about the medical causes of epilepsy, new research, and treatments available. Kids and teens will also have an opportunity to share their experiences and methods for managing their own seizures and the social side of handling their epilepsy.

Wavelength empowers kids and teens with epilepsy by fostering meaningful connections and providing education and support. Through expert-led sessions and peer engagement, the network helps young individuals better understand and manage their condition while building a strong, supportive community.
